There are virtual assistants who do this kind of work online. They charge on an hourly basis. I know of a website where there are writers who can handle all your correspondence, advertisements and web content. They charge quite reasonably. I have been using their services for the last 3 months, and I do not need an assistant. They are online all the time, and are available on email, telephone and chat.
